The objective of this study is to analyze the effects set measures adopted by labor reform 2017 on generation employment and income in Brazil. based literature that highlights importance structural change as a key element for economic growth development, emphasizing Brazil, there still view market should take more flexible work relationships advance improvement jobs, levels employment, productivity income. Subsequently, article summarizes critically comments main law reforms post-2017 Finally, it presents an analysis behavior Brazil between 2012 2022 data from PNADC/IBGE survey. results survey confirm has not shown advances indicators or macroeconomic aggregates country. In contrast, suggest deterioration allocation workers occupations with low characteristics.
